Most brands are not broken. They are unfinished at the corners. The logo is fine, the packaging is fine, the website is fine, and none of them quite agree with each other. The customer cannot name the problem but feels it, and hesitates.
Rounding the edges is the unglamorous work of making every part of a brand say the same thing.
It is what we do.
Design is not art. Art can mean whatever you want it to mean. Design has to reach the person it was made for. It either does, or it has failed.
