Elite Ring Islamabad is a mixed-use gated community inspired by the Margalla Hills, offering a measured balance of natural serenity and urban living. Noircase was engaged to translate this positioning into a complete print and campaign system that reflects the calibre of the development and the audience it serves.
The brochure is built around a deep navy and gold colour direction, paired with a refined serif system and atmospheric photography of mist, water, and landscape. Architectural renders, investment information, and project highlights are paced through generous spreads, allowing each section to breathe and read with intent. The “300” cover treatment, ring monogram, and consistent typographic discipline establish a recognisable visual signature.
The system extends into outdoor campaign placements under the line “Break Out From The Ordinary,” reinforcing the brand's lifestyle proposition across high-visibility environments. The result is a cohesive identity that performs both as a sales asset and a long-term brand document.
